I kinda need some help about my problem. How can I ever cure insomnia without taking sleeping pills? I’ve been sleeping around 3 or 4 in the morning even if I don’t take nappy time during daytime. I don’t know why I got insomnia. I don’t really want to try drinking any kind of sleeping pills because I am afraid of its side effects. So guys, do you have any idea on how to cure insomnia without the help of sleeping pills?
